We do international deliveries.

How do I return an item?

What is your returns policy?

 

Returns or exchanges are not accepted! Please make sure you have all the right details (size, color, item). If what you order is not the right size, you have to make a new order. Sales are final, so please make sure to review your order before you submit it.

How long will delivery take?

If we have the items you're looking for on hand, then shipping will take 1-5 business day(s), depending on the delivery service. If we have to order it from one of our vendors, then will take longer.  

How do I track my order?

 

We will contact you with updates. Your order will be shipped to us before it comes to you. If it's possible you can receive updates through the delivery courier (e.g., UPS, FedEX) tracking number. 

 

How can I contact your couriers?

 

If you have an issue with collection or delivery the courier may be able to help. We recommend only contacting the courier if you have receive a tracking number. If you have not received a tracking number, please let us know right away.

 

What are your delivery options?

 

Please give 2-5 business days for delivery. Orders will not be placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. We offer drop shipping.
